Simple and easy to use for baking and biscuit trays

This is an excellent tray for small individual batches that can be reused many times. I love that it has a cooling pad, I use it when I'm baking cookies and when I'm frying things and I want the oil to drip a little more. The sizes are correct so if you want a larger pan you will need to order something else. It is very easy to clean, stainless steel also heats up evenly.
