SO THIS IS THE SECOND. The first one didn't stay installed - kept throwing "wrong" so I sent it back for replacement - thinking that one might be bad doesn't mean they will all be bad. It arrived yesterday, and while it's not crystal clear to the uninitiated, it's really plug and play. The included quick start guide just shows you how to connect it. Point. No word on how to use it. BUT there is an 888 number that ended up giving a helpful person to talk to. He told me how to open it and explained how to start the backup process. and it seems to work! Happy with the replacement so far. Hold on to the last star 'til we're over this little cutie and I can finally trust her.
