Review on 📞 Panasonic DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone System with Answering Machine, Call Blocking - 3 Handsets - KX-TGE433B (Black) by Jasmine Rodriguez

I received this phone on April 3rd. It worked fine until yesterday (May 14th), then it stopped ringing for incoming calls and the caller ID stopped working. Cordless phones still work, you can make and receive calls (we have an old phone that rings so you know when someone calls you). I tried to contact Panasonic to find out how to fix this. They provide a phone number but they say to go to the website; The website doesn't offer any help for this issue and they want to charge $9.95 to speak to a person when the phones are out of warranty but not speak to you when the phones are under warranty. So I have a phone under warranty and cannot get any help from Panasonic for this issue. Raven, can you help?
