Actually a very well made double shower system that still deserves 5 stars despite 3 problem areas: (1) The knobs for adjusting the extension are cheap, one already broken, the screw for installing the depot was found. It's already assembled but make sure the screw/washer is facing the right direction, unlike my (2) handheld device holder which loses its sticking power and now wobbles. (3) No information on how to order replacement parts for the 2 issues listed. Excellent; (1) the water flow is large. (2) There are three ways to shower as shown in the photos above. (3) Surprisingly but nice, there is a twist on the portable device to slow and stop the flow of water to this device (see image). I have not deducted any stars based on the above as the price and features outweigh the minor flaws. If the carrying bracket no longer sticks, I will look for an alternative.
