The most important thing I like about this software it's ease of use! Our team has been able to implement easily using touch point mx. It also allows us access from anywhere which makes collaboration across different locations easy as well. Nothing really but if there was one improvement they could make would be have more templates for emailing clients or having multiple options when sending out emails - such as scheduling etc would help greatly in terms of time management/efficiency. We've noticed some improvements since implementing these features into contact centre including increased efficiency and turnaround times when dealing wtih client queries via phone & online chat services.
