Because the immune system and our health are so important these days, or at least in the front rows of the headlines, lysine gets a lot of mentions. I have been using Lysine regularly for many years and I feel that it is making a huge difference to my health. This product is competitively priced. As a tablet it is ok to swallow. Tablets are smaller, smooth and covered with a beautiful shell. I had no trouble swallowing these pills. If you don't like swallowing tablets, it's best to order the capsules right away to be on the safe side, but they really aren't that bad. Taste and feel are pleasant. I also prefer the capsules but I like to avoid certain ingredients and these capsules seem to do well in that regard which is important. 5 Stars
