Update: After posting a review below explaining how quickly the watch strap broke, I received an email from customer service, in who was offered a replacement or refund watch cost. Since my son really liked the look of the watch, I decided to replace it. I've increased my rating by two stars because I'm impressed with the customer service. If the hours continue I will come back and update my review again. I am very disappointed in the durability of this watch. I bought this for my son for Christmas and after six weeks of wearing the plastic strap broke where the strap connected. The edge of the strap doesn't slide in and out, but wraps around the metal pin (like traditional watches) and the plastic just snaps along the pin. So now the watch is no longer wearable. I think $50 is too much for a product that will break in less than two months. I should have gone with the Fitbit but my son liked the look of the larger face. He wasn't strict with the item and took it off to shower etc. I am REALLY disappointed that this item broke so quickly.
