We are a small company that needed a tool to assist us in managing our customers relationships.

We are a small company that needed a tool to assist us in managing our customers relationships. Our salespeople need a way to manage their customer contacts and generate reports for themselves. A tool that can provide them with timely information and updates from our customers. This tool should also give them the ability to create automated messages that are triggered by events such as a phone call being received from a potential customer. Our customers have varying levels of experience and knowledge of technology and software so we need to be able to easily adapt our product to suit these differences. The current system is unable to cope with this. Our product needs to be easy to use, easy to learn and easy to modify. The current product is a difficult system to navigate, particularly if you're new to it. As a result of this difficulty, it's impossible to add additional fields to the form. This means that a field that is required is not displayed and cannot be added. In addition, the system is full of technical jargon and abbreviations that require constant interpretation. This results in confusion and frustration.
