I am very disappointed in the accuracy of this product. I bought this to use for our Thanksgiving turkey. Luckily my husband has a basic meat thermometer, otherwise we would all be poisoned. Although it worked, it showed the temperature was 20 degrees higher than it actually was and showed the turkey was ready about an hour earlier. It is not easy to use, charge or connect. Unfortunately, the return window closed before I ever used it, so I lost $100. Do not buy this item. We've tried it several times since Thanksgiving and it's always off by at least 10 degrees. Now I'm cooking roast beef and it reads 10 degrees warmer than the thermometer in chef's land. Don't buy this.
