With so many products claiming to protect the immune system, it's really hard to know what works and what doesn't. If you search the internet for colostrum, you will find some research to support this claim. I didn't get sick using these packs, but I wear masks when I'm around crowds. Every few weeks I go through small family groups where I don't wear a mask. So I guess a little immunity won't hurt. When using it, I mixed it and drank it separately and also added it to the coffee. Anyway, it reminds me of powdered milk. It's more drinkable than Dry Whey. But it is not as pleasant as fresh milk. It is very convenient to have it in individual sachets. I think this is one of the immunity products that has the fewest unknown side effects, especially with long-term use. But you'd better do your own research - I'm not a doctor or nutritionist. Very convenient to take with you at any time.
