Follow the instructions and everything will improve as announced. I have neuropathy in my legs, arthritis and pain. I have a knee prosthesis and it has helped with the pain. Now I no longer shake my feet and my swelling has gone down. I don't usually write reviews unless it's a great product. That's why I'm writing this.
