Steps/steps too far apart
I bought this one on purpose because the picture shows the steps are 12.5 inches from step to step (I wanted it to be kid friendly). Well yeah that's how it came out of the box but after first use the rope stretched and now they are 17 inches rod to rod (18 inches if you stand on them which stretches them a bit further apart). Other than that, I don't see any issues with the stairs, but the notion that the steps are 12.5 inches apart is pretty misleading.
