Very disappointed! best in watch

I bought this watch in February 2020. They lived atop the cabinet of curiosities—far from prying hands. The exact time was not kept, but close. Today I found one of the number chips on the floor. Upon closer inspection, I found that one of the tiny ridges on the chip holding it in place is broken (see image), making reinstallation impossible. The two hour display is now corrupted. This watch was quite expensive and I can't believe it didn't last more than 19 months! I am very disappointed and would like to warn potential buyers - DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!
