The strap works great if you attach it correctly. Getting the right size is a bit tricky as the tool doesn't match the pins. Removing the pins isn't as difficult as replacing them due to the tiny contact points and trying to line up the tool with the end of the pin. Both are very small and slip off when you try to put the pen back in. I suppose you could use a small hammer but you risk damaging the bracelet's finish. The quality of the strap is excellent, the clasp is very reliable. I recommend it.
