Well packaged and arrived intact. I appreciated that the bottles had regular shipping caps and the pump caps were included and could just be screwed onto the bottles. Smells good! That's my favorite thing about it. I haven't had any problems with it, but I haven't noticed any difference in the condition of my hair even after about a week of use. Maybe it's too early to expect a difference, but that's my opinion for now. If I could improve the product I would love to see results already in the thickness/fullness of my hair. The product is easy to use. I have read the instructions but have not used them.
