Review on KONOLL Oxidation Anti Rusting Multipurpose Professional by Johanna Romero

Like someone who only has a kitchen because it came with a house... Somehow I raised and supported four children and a husband (-how. and who knew!?) But that wasn't before the Covid -pandemic I decided to sort out my concerns in the kitchen - hey we all had to find something - am I right?! Turns out I didn't mind "cooking". It was all the prep work with the shoddy gear I had piled up in my drawer! Clear and clean. Wow! This process prompted me to order a Konoll knife to do some of the heavy cutting and tearing. I was immediately hooked on the blade (and beware it's sharp!) again as a beginner. I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank but could get the job done. It seems to be done with minimal effort. funny how a quality blade can make such a difference! I LOVE that this knife is one piece. There is NO separate handle + blade to create cracks or gaps for bacteria/germs to hide in. The feeling of weight lies perfectly in the hand. Total Goldilocks effect - not too heavy and not too light! This creates a pleasant counter-pressure through the substance. which I actually found good when cutting! $25 is a solid price for a stylish, sleek, and "tricky" knife. Illustrated visually on a stylish magnetic tape, it would look amazing! I can feel the "all black vibe" of high quality soap/hand wash and no water stains. The only thing that bothers me is the fit/grip. its x1 imperfection with a knife! Not sure what the 'cam' rests against for protection and back pressure - centered on the edge/notch? is he too small Short or both - I'm not sure!? Like a smaller 5'1" adult with smaller arms. This is a shortcut for me - something to consider for big jobs or big hands. Not a deal breaker but the reason I deducted x1 star.
