I bought these for a fairly rare occasion at my work which meant it took quite a while for the battery in the case to fully discharge and I found that it didn't last more than MORE ALS would charge to 10% capacity. Which in truth means the case contained an indictment that was INCREDIBLY good to begin with! But it left me with a problem more than a month after purchase. I contacted Soundcore support and they did a great job with me to resolve the issue. We tried to fix some issues via email, they were very patient with my slow replies (I have an odd schedule) and ended up replacing my product for me and I'm very happy with my current set! Mainly because now I know that if I need them for a few days or a few weeks, they're ready to go. The sound quality is good, although I can accept the need to reset it from time to time because the volume seems low. To be honest the noise cancellation seems pretty amazing and the mic does a pretty fantastic job of only picking up me and no background noise. They put a bit of strain on my ears from wearing them for hours, but over time I've gotten used to them and hardly notice them anymore and to be honest I like their design as they stay in my ears even when I'm actively moving. vicinity.
