Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice case. Esthetic. And for a basic tablet, it feels pretty solid and durable. But I have some problems with it. 1) It doesn't fully protect the stand. There is a sticker covering the back of the stand like leather, but the bottom of the stand is still exposed. I take my surface outside (on tarmac) so that matters to me and I didn't get it from the photos. 2) You didn't leave enough space around the USB connector to actually plug in a regular USB connector (you're only ok if you use a thin one). This is a problem for me because I can't connect the Surface Dock. So if I want to connect a computer to a monitor, I have to take it out of the case. Finally, 3) I have a Surface keyboard that I bought with Surface. The first Surface Cover I bought was able to fit my keyboard snugly into the protective sheet when closed so it didn't dangle. Not this one. This may be a tougher review than warranted. If you just want to buy a cute case then go for it. He gets 10/10 for being good looking. But if those three things bother you, I would look around.
