I didn't dislike anything about these lights. I live in an old wooden apartment that I just completely renovated. I had a lot of new lighting that cost me a fortune, but when it was all done I still felt I needed some lighting under the kitchen cabinets. I didn't want to pay an electrician $85 an hour and was looking for something simpler and cheaper. I'm 76 years old and there was nothing easier than installing these lights. It makes a big difference how the kitchen looks. I'd probably say if there's something wrong with them, they need to be plugged into an outlet. In my situation it didn't matter because my walls are white and the outlets are in the perfect spot so you hardly notice.
