
The support team was very helpful when I had questions after my site went live or needed help troubleshooting issues (we are using it for employee onboarding). It took me quite awhile to get up-to speed with learning CSS so they were extremely patient! Nothing that didn't work out as easily/quickly hoped but nothing bad either - just some extra time spent working through things together instead getting an immediate answer online from someone else would have been nice sometimes!! We're trying this software now because we found one other provider who has terrible customer service which can result not only poor user experience if you run into problems during setup / implementation phase etc., however also significant delays due users being put off by their awfulness resulting them cancelling before completion & paying customers receiving no value at all since there's little point having your website down while its setting everythingup anyway. The support team was very efficient and helpful. I could not find a single thing I didn't like about the program. I have been using the program for about a year now and have not seen any other platform with this much content. I use the program to train my customers on the products I sell. Some of them have no computer experience and it is essential that I train them. This program has helped me train over 1000 people and it has been a life-saver.
