Great for raising core awareness

Plyoballs have been around for a while and are used for shoulder rehabilitation. About half a dozen years ago, Total Control began producing weighted bats. Research and use show how good these types of exercise balls are. They improve shots through the ball and increase power at contact. I think their biggest advantage is the feedback they give attackers on contact. If you make a mistake with the ball or clip it, the ball will go nowhere and feel awful. If you hit center or just below center with a positive angle of attack, you will feel the muzzle on impact. Increasing the learning curve for stem finding. These Flair sports balls feel great (have had them for 3 weeks) and the price is insanely affordable. Less expensive than some brands and better built than other similarly priced models.
