Review on ๐Ÿšฝ VIP2 Drain Unclogging Kit with Kitchen Sink Crossbar Adapter - Drain King, 1.5 to 3 Inch by Stephen Good

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Success on the first try!

This thing worked great. I clogged my kitchen drain four or five times, but after a few days the problem returned. I was willing to buy an expensive long electric kite (I have a 25ft handle) but decided to give it a try. I can remove the trap and shoot straight into my exit tube, but I haven't been able to push it very far (the confusing instructions say at least 4 feet, but the picture shows around 6 inches). I had about 18 inches in the pipe and had the water running within five minutes. At first it took me a lot of effort to tighten the plug on the second sink drain, but soon the pressure eased and I found most of the clog was gone. All in all, it's a lot better than spending hundreds of dollars. on an electric snake. I haven't tried the sink adapter because my pipes allow me to go straight back. Next time maybe just to see how it works.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Many things
