Does the job well. The pressure was very low initially, so I unplugged the water saver plug (it's a small black piece of plastic with three holes you can see if you look at the back of the shower head) and then plugged it back in. After that, the water pressure rose to an acceptable level, but by no means exploded. Overall, this is a great replacement for a shower head.
