Excellent quality product Comes with all necessary hardware I built a wooden frame for the table in the shop and used these wheels I came to order another set and saw they were out of stock at the moment which is very disappointing. Very stable and smooth. I have a wagon I was planning to build that I was going to use these wheels on. It was hard to find exactly what I was looking for in a brake and it was perfect.
