Review on JiaYou Kids Boy Casual Slim Fit Outwear Coat Blazer Jacket by John Murphy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The jacket is well made, but sew the buttons tighter before wearing.

I still give 5 stars because the jackets are well made and have exceeded my expectations for children's clothing. I also left a star because it's easy to get a replacement after 2 days via Revain. I ordered 2 jackets for my twins, one jacket lost both buttons on the first day and I had to send for a new jacket. The buttons on the other jacket were dangling from a thread, so I fastened them securely. The buttons are a little big for the buttonholes so a small child may need help to unbutton them. The jackets came with shipping creases, but the steamer smoothed out the creases in minutes. I wish the jackets didn't crease where the front pockets have faux leather panels. They were more difficult to remove with a steamer and didn't come off completely, but neither did the steaming discolor them. The outside of the jacket is clearly visible in the listing photos, however the inside is lined with dark gray satin. which complements the exterior nicely. Two functional inner chest pockets (you need to untie a few threads if you want to use them, or leave the threads there to keep the jacket's shape) with a check pattern. All seams are sewn evenly, protruding threads do not have to be cut off. The buttonholes could be done a lot better, but there are a lot of threads sticking out, but when the jacket is buttoned up, the buttons hide it. When unbuttoned, the holes look frayed. The size I received was a little big. The jacket will last for a year while they grow into it. Roll up your sleeves a little. If you are ordering for a special occasion, please choose a smaller size. My boys are slim 5 year olds, 45.25 inches tall and I ordered the Casual Gray Fitted Blazer (Grey, 43-47 inches).
