Not sure if it still works
I have modified this on my 07 328i and the part you attach the bearing to does not come out as far as the original so you will need the Replacing stock bolts to allow it to turn, I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen so I wouldn't say it's exactly the same part as the stock part.
