Poor sound quality and should not be used for making phone calls.
Anyway, my ear canals are large and fit well in my ear. Also, I used them for my daily walk and there was a lot of crackle in the music. Also, they lost contact several times, but quickly reconnected. But the most serious problems were when making calls, disconnection and call rejection. Definitely the best options out there.
