I wanted it to hold specific items that I usually keep in my desk drawer but use several times a day. I just threw them on the table and it drove me crazy. This item is absolutely perfect! I took out the little drawer in the bottom left corner and use it for my notepads and I have a regular piece of scrap paper that fits snugly over the drawer. Then I have some lined notebooks that are just over twice the size of standard 3x3 stickers and fit perfectly in the back slot. I have a red pen in a yellow marker in pen holders. I have my white tape and strips of tape in sections in front of the pen holder part. Can fit a lot more than I have! Absolutely perfect size and holds all the things that have slid across my desk. Much larger than I expected, it will be based on some other desktop accessories I've seen. Highly recommended!
