Not Quite the MVP of Online Stores: Elicto

Despite claiming to be the MVP of health and home products, Elicto.com is more like a reserve player that periodically enters the game. Despite having a wide choice of items, they fall short of living up to their claim that their products are superior and will streamline and simplify everyday tasks. Their cleaning tools are not particularly impressive. They are comparable to a player who occasionally excels but ultimately falls short. Although they may do the task, they don't make it simple. And let's not even begin to discuss their headwear and caps. They resemble a gamer who is constantly having bad luck. They are uncomfortable to wear and provide minimal protection. It's like attempting to play a game with a bad playbook when navigating Elicto.com. The website is difficult to navigate, and the checkout procedure is a hassle. The customer service crew resembles a coach who has lost interest in their team's performance and is checked out. They don't listen to any issues or concerns and are unhelpful. Elicto.com is ultimately not the best online retailer. They could have potential, but if they want to compete, they must improve. They won't grab the lead until then like other internet retailers do.

Pros
  • Streamlined solutions for routine responsibilities and activities.
Cons
  • No shipping to other countries is offered.
