Belidome asserts that they provide a broad variety of clothing options for women, but the quality of their selection is not up to par, and the variety is not particularly impressive. I was dissatisfied to discover that not only were the clothes and shoes I purchased from them poorly made, but that they also did not look anything like the photographs that were displayed on their website. Their hats and caps, which they advertised as being "stylish and functional," were also a letdown. Not only were they manufactured with poor quality materials, but they also failed to offer the level of security and convenience that was advertised for them. It is abundantly obvious that Belidome is more concerned with maximizing profits than with ensuring that the products it sells to customers are of the highest possible quality. Their website does not have a user-friendly interface, which makes it difficult to discover what you are looking for. In addition, their customer service is unresponsive and does not provide any assistance. Dealing with a business that doesn't seem to care about the satisfaction of its customers is very frustrating. Belidome fails to live up to expectations in a fashion industry filled to the brim with businesses that actually deliver on their promises. If you need new clothes, shoes, or jewelery, you should go shopping somewhere else to save yourself some time and money.
