The ability of accessing documents from different places that we need across our team internally or externally in order create reports easily - not having access at once would be very frustrating! I personally dislike how complicated some aspects are so it could make life easier if there were more simple ways instead? Perhaps an option where you can say "I want this feature" as opposed what they think should happen automatically etc.? This was actually brought up by colleagues before but unfortunately nothing has changed since then :( Not really anything specific; just needs improvement overall.- Accessing information quickly- Being able use multiple formats (ePub/PDFs) within one single document which makes reporting much simpler than needing two separate files.
