Review on 💫 HEROINE Mascara: Enhance Your Lashes with Waterproof Volumizing and Long-Lasting Formula by Angela Freed

The mascara arrived almost empty. There is very little product left at the bottom of the tube. I took a picture of a brush I just dipped in and as you can see there is almost no product on it other than the tip. I dipped the brush back into the tube and then rubbed it vigorously on a white paper towel and was only able to leave very faint, mostly dry marks. There wasn't enough product to properly apply this mascara to my lashes, but what I got on them clumped and flaked, and it withstood wind-blown tears, which is why I'm giving it two stars.
