I originally bought it used but it was missing a part so I returned it without checking heat dissipation. I went ahead and bought another one at full price and regretted it because it was an overpriced waste of money. I first plugged it in about 5 feet from where I was seated and felt nothing but cool air, so I cranked it to 90 and left it on to accomplish that. never done. The next day I tried again but at less than 1 foot away and even that close my hands and body were still cold. All in all, this heater doesn't heat up anything, let alone heat it up directly when it's right in front of you. Don't waste your money on something that seems innovative if it doesn't fit what is intended as a simple heater.
