Manufacturing defect

First a defective one was sent, then a new defective one, so I give up. If you can enlarge the attached photo you can see that one at the top of the plate has a defect, some kind of black coating. The other has a manufacturing defect in the form of a black spot that cannot be removed. In the photo it is difficult to see, but in reality it is noticeable.
