I'm 5ft 7" and 130lbs. I ordered a medium size. as my pair came with no additional packaging or tags. They are ok in length. Do note, however, that they're fairly thin, even in places where the fabric hasn't stretched at all, and you can almost certainly see the underwear you're wearing underneath. Also, it stretches so quickly that after wearing it 3 times, it's so loose that it's almost impossible to put it on under another pair of pants. It seems that the elasticity has completely disappeared. I'm afraid to tumble dry them, but they're useless as a base coat when they're so baggy. Do yourself a favor and order either different thermal underwear or at least one size smaller.
