The bag is solid and is of good quality. Unfortunately the arms are just too short. If you throw the bag by the arms I'd recommend you do your best to stay standing up or release the bag before landing on it. The grips needed to throw with these short arms place your own arm in a way that can compromise your shoulder. Also the neck and waist do not articulate at all due to the bag being over stuffed, this can cause someone to lamd on their shoulder or elbow rather than the back of the dummy taking the inpact of the landing.We have had several incidents of our students injuring their shoulder this way, please be careful. I hope the manufacturer updates the design to be safer and more easy to use.
