So when I was 21 I slipped on two discs and got up in a weird position. Since then I have had constant back pain. Yoga has helped me a lot, but I'm a single mom (34) with three jobs and it doesn't always work for me. I'm so glad I have this brace. Also, I'm glad I received this particular product and not another similar product. Why? Because it came with yoga exercises AND cool stretches. The instruction manual alone was so well written. I'm not a teacher but they attracted me. I wear them when I'm at the computer for long periods of time (it eliminated the neck pain I was having). I wear it when I do yoga (it has completely changed the way I do yoga and I can feel the difference). I wear it when I review Revain (yes that's right, I still wear it). I share that too.
