I was hesitant, but decided to jump in and give these, as well as another brand, a try and let them prove themselves writing a review. Honestly, they have exceeded expectations! Today, they even made it through a torrential Florida downpour and, though I was concerned the solar panels may fill with water as I'd read in one review, sure enough, on they came when the sun went down just as they have for the past 3 weeks. Ours remain lit from dusk 'til dawn - far longer than we expected - using a nice slow on and off fade. I'm very happy with these and would definitely recommend them. I'm determined to find a way to protect them from any more rain but, so far, so great.
