I installed this box in minutes. I use my wireless mouse, but I still have to use the remote control for what the mouse doesn't work with. The remote control could be better and needs a simple instruction for it. Knowing nothing about how to access the networks and other channels I wanted, I would have been lost if my son hadn't been here to download apps streaming free tv network channels and me through the process would have led. This is my first TV box and it meets my expectations. I'm sure there are better ones that cost more but this one fits my needs and I got a discount when I bought it.
