I love how easy it was to set up my profile, get hired through their website or app at any time during business hours (or even after), send follow-up emails with questions/concerns/etc., etc! The ability to search by location in order of preference as well - you can put your home state first if they've never worked there before but also be able find jobs closer than 5 hrs away so don't have to commute twice per week from farther out places like me; this helps save money AND gives them more flexibility since not everyone wants fulltime employment yet :) It's such an awesome tool because everything about getting started has been super simple!! There are some other benefits too which aren’t directly related to job searching however still helpful when applying online / over email vs phone calls :).
