Review on Improved SEO: Grant 440 Challenger Steering Wheel with Chrome Finish by Bryan Ramirez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Big Wheel. Big Theft.

I purchased this wheel on amazon.com after my local auto parts store that sells Grant wheels refused to quote a price that matches Summit Racing, JEGS or AMAZON.com ! I had a steering wheel in my hands and wanted to buy it, but the manager said that they were not price competitive. Needless to say, I went to the parking lot and ordered the exact same bike from AMAZON.com and received it in less than 3 days, even with super cheap shipping! The bike looks great assembled. It's polished chrome (not matte), so it's very shiny and gets fingerprinted fairly easily. But then again, as long as you keep your hands on the wheel and not the spokes, you'll be fine. The black part is made of PVC or vinyl. It doesn't feel like leather (and Grant doesn't claim it's leather, so no complaints), but it has a nice texture that feels good. Disconnect the battery for this install as one step will require you to short out the horn for a good 3-5 minutes while installing the wheel. You can really annoy your neighbors and/or your wife if you insist on keeping the battery plugged in during the process. Consider yourself forewarned!
