I bought this for my 2004 Honda Accord. The product is noticeably lighter than the stock Honda part, not sure why, but overall construction in this part seemed good. This part has an additional plastic break line at the bottom which is not present on the standard Honda part, so unfortunately you cannot change the plastic cover on Honda parts. The plastic cover that accompanies this part doesn't fit as well as a stock Honda part, so getting everything in place was a bit of a hassle. In comparison, a stock Honda part snaps in effortlessly. This was the only installation step that gave me trouble. You'll need to apply the included protective film to the plastic cover, but this was easy to do and peeling it off was easy. Once installed everything worked as expected so I'm glad to have a working mirror on my car again!
