What was there before was pretty heavy duty
Way more than I needed, but I'll find uses. I used this to change out all the straps on my shin guards and chest protector. It was too wide for the shin guards so I just folded it over. Actually works well 1. What was there before was pretty heavy duty. This isn't. Doubling it up gives it a more 'umph'. 2. The part inbetween the buckles I open up when I put the guards on so I don't get as much bite into my leg.

- The 11-yard length may make it difficult to estimate how much elastic is needed for a project
