First of all you need to know that these are 130V bulbs, not 120V bulbs as stated in the description. After a little research I found out that 130v bulbs are interchangeable. They are also better in that they can handle a small surge of electricity and don't explode. The only noticeable effect is when you present them with a 120V light strip. 130V will appear dimmer, but this will not shorten their lifespan. I use a wax melter that was given to me from the Christmas tree store. There is no brand name on the label.
