I love how easy it was set up! The customer service support team made sure we had everything setup perfectly before sending us off. There were some minor quirks with our account but they got those fixed quickly so there wasn't much downtime at all during this process or any other time while using them as my provider. It's been great having such detailed inventory information available through one place rather than constantly switching between 3rd party providers like Merchbar and Google Merchant Center/Shopping Feeds etc., which can be very confusing when trying to keep track of what you have sold from each platform.
