I'm using my amazing classic AV receiver with my new 4kHD TV, my AV receiver doesn't have an HDMI input. IF YOU USE THE HDMI AUDIO EXTRACTOR YOU WILL RUN WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF AUDIO DELAY PROBLEMS. The best way to avoid AND set this up is to use the TV's OPTICAL output with the OPTICAL input on my existing AV receiver. Now I know that my sound is ALWAYS in sync with the picture because it comes from the TV itself.
