The PC was great, fast and easy to understand for a beginner computer. However, the PC had a power failure 3 days after delivery. I called Revain to exchange it for a new one and spent 1 1/2 on the phone with several people and was told it cannot be exchanged only a refund is possible. I was told they no longer have it but when I clicked it said it was in stock and could be delivered in three days. I ended up calling the manufacturer and they said they could fix it and send it back. Revain didn't even offer a repair. The PC came with a keyboard and mouse. Only the power cord is listed in the Revain kit scope of delivery list.
