I used two of these to wall mount two ASUS 24-inch LED-backlit LCD monitors in a top-to-bottom arrangement. Because they tilt I can tilt the top monitor down a bit and have the bottom bezel BEHIND the bottom monitor. They came with everything you need - screws for the back of the monitor and screws and plastic anchors for the drywall. I used my own drywall anchors and screws - the ones provided are HUGE and can hold a Boeing 747 to your wall. Since my monitors are relatively small and light, I couldn't handle the 33 pound strength rating - my monitor weighs about 3 pounds. If you don't want to drill huge holes in the wall (rent, renovate the room later, etc.), I recommend a short trip to the hardware store for smaller hardware. I also never screw in the top screw to hold the two panels together. Installing in RV or public places (the screen wouldn't hit me anywhere) I would put it in, but this way I can remove the screens from the wall if I want and they stay in place. Otherwise I love these mounts.
