I was a little nervous about purchasing this pill after reading some of the reviews and seeing some of the pictures, but when I received my pillow I was very happy with it. It does come vacuum sealed so I followed the instructions and fluffed it out and let it sit out overnight. It fluffed up really well. It is very soft and very cozy. I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby and am already feeling uncomfortable. This pillow helped out so much with my sleeping. My only complaint would be that it does get warm at night because of the material. I haven't tried taking off the pillow case yet but that may help for people who get too hot at night.
