I gave it 4 stars because there are scratches in the scoop area. I also have a scoop and it was smooth and great. I think it's very handmade and has multiple measurements but I was disappointed that it had scratches. For the price it's not worth sending it back and getting replaced. However, this is a disadvantage of ordering goods online. If I were in a store I would notice it and just reach for the one behind it, but what can I do. With that in mind, I wouldn't say I didn't get it, but I suspect there could be downsides. If the company reads this and wants to fix it I'll update and give 5 stars, but otherwise I'll scratch and move on.
